HDH135 - Pass the Distressing

Over at Haunted Design House you are to create a dark, Gothic, or Halloween-based art piece
that uses distressing of some sort. Get out your nail files, your scissor blades
and your distress inks! Your hands are really the best tools to crumple and rip,
and then spritz and sponge your way to a distressed masterpiece!

We are sponsored this week by

They have generously offered up a $15 digi shopping spree
to their online store!

This little guy is called Heebie Jeebie Kingston, how cool is he!  There are tons more amazing images at Smeared Ink, seriously brilliant. They do digis and rubber stamps.

I think the only thing distressing about my project is actually having to view it!!  My three kids have had a virus this week and to top it all off they got conjunctivitis!  To say it has been a bad week has been an understatement.  I also stupidly agreed to make some stuff for the school fundraiser....PANIC.  I also have the skull blog hop which I haven't even started on yet.

I made the brain with my melting pot after a few pointers from Black Dragon.  I also got some posh metallic inks from Ranger which I used to rub over the diecuts.

Anyways never mind my panics go over and check out the amazing stuff the DT have created and back on Wednesday for Glo's creation.

Don't forget to play cos you can't win if you don't play.

Either you are a fantastic photographer or are seriously lacking in self confidence because from this side your tag looks amazing Andrea. That brain is the business!!!
